What exactly is “EU Market Representative” in your context?
It means we act as your practical EU presence: attending events and meetings, representing your brand, supporting market access, and running follow-up cycles. It’s not “agency talk” — it’s execution: show up, capture leads, document outcomes, and keep relationships warm until deals mature.
Who is this service best for?
International SMEs, exporters, manufacturers, tourism boards, and startups testing EU demand — especially teams that want EU access without EU overhead (office, staff, travel).
Do you work only in Germany?
Germany is the primary base (trade fairs, meetings, local presence). Depending on the assignment, we can support EU-wide activities through targeted trips or partner coordination. The scope is agreed per project.

Trade Fairs & Events

What do you do at a trade fair on our behalf?
Typical tasks include: representing your brand, engaging visitors, explaining the offer, capturing leads (with notes), collecting competitor insights, taking photos/videos, and documenting questions/objections. After the event, you receive a structured report plus next-step recommendations.
Do you staff our booth or can you represent us without a booth?
Both. We can staff your booth (or shared booth) if you have one. If you don’t, we can still attend as a representative, network, collect contacts, and schedule meetings around the event.
What deliverables do we get after an event?
Usually: a lead list (with qualification notes), photos/videos, meeting notes, key questions raised, competitor observations, and a concise post-event report with recommended follow-ups.

Market Entry & Scouting

What does “business scouting” include?
We identify and shortlist distributors, resellers, sourcing partners, or clients based on your offer and target segment. Deliverables typically include lead lists, outreach strategy, introductions (where appropriate), and a short market snapshot.
Can you contact leads in German and English?
Yes. Many opportunities in Germany/EU depend on clear communication, follow-up discipline, and proper documentation. We run follow-ups in DE/EN and keep a paper trail.

Engagement, Pricing & Logistics

How do we start an engagement?
Start with a short discovery call. We align on objectives, target segment, scope, location(s), timeline, and deliverables. Then you receive a proposal outlining what we’ll do, what you’ll get, and expected milestones.
Do you work on monthly retainers or per project?
Both models are possible. Many clients start per project (e.g., one event or scouting sprint) and move into a retainer once traction is proven. We keep the structure lean and measurable either way.
What do we need to provide before you represent us?
Ideally: a clear offer summary, target customer profile, pricing/terms (if applicable), product/service deck, brand assets (logo, photos), and do/don’t guidance. For events: your booth/representation rules and how to capture leads (your CRM or our template).
Do you guarantee deals or sales?
No one can ethically guarantee deals. What we guarantee is professional execution: presence, lead capture, documentation, and disciplined follow-up with measurable outputs. Sales depend on product-market fit, pricing, and buyer readiness.

Compliance & Trust

Are you a “virtual office” or legal registered address service?
We focus on representation and business execution. If you need an address or office service, we can advise on proper options, but we avoid anything that could be seen as misrepresentation. We keep everything transparent and compliant.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We can work under an NDA where required. We also maintain structured reporting and clear access boundaries, so sensitive information stays controlled.
